Doris Maxine Perry's Storyline

     This new series on the blog is inspired by the online Genealogy Principles class that I am taking through Boston University. Over the last two weeks, we learned the importance of proof statements, proof summaries, transcriptions, and timelines in genealogy research. So I thought it would be helpful to make timelines for each ancestor. I decided to start with great grandma Doris Maxine Perry. 


 
Doris Maxine (Perry) Gould and Gregory Gould



  1. Doris Maxine Perry and her twin brother David Lease Perry were born on 8 March 1921 in Fortescue, Holt County, Missouri. Their parents were Elmer Wasson Perry and Ethel Maria Lease. 
  2. Her birth father Elmer Wasson Perry died on 20 June 1926 in Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota. He worked on the railroad.
  3. In 1930, Doris lived with her grandmother Maria Jane (Wilson) Lease, her mother Ethel Perry, her sister Charlotte Perry, and her brother David Perry in Forbes, Holt County, Missouri. 
  4. Her mother Ethel Perry married Cecil L. Richardson on 22 November 1935 in Fort Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas. 
  5. In 1940, Doris lived in Forest City, Holt County, Missouri with her stepfather Cecil L. Richardson, her mother Ethel Richardson, her sister Charlotte Perry, and her brother David Perry. 
  6. Doris' sister Charlotte wed Virgil Leroy Bailey on 27 August 1945 in Los Angeles, California.
  7. Doris married Maurice Lee Gould on 8 September 1940 in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. 
  8. On 25 July 1947, Doris and Maurice's son Gregory Gould was born in Los Angeles, California.  
  9. Doris M Gould lived in Hawthorne, Los Angeles County, California with her husband Maurice L Gould and son Gregory Gould in 1950. 
  10. In 1960, Doris' sister Charlotte Isabelle Bailey wed David Pinkerton in Los Angeles, California. 
  11. Doris' husband Maurice L. Gould died on 7 July 1969 in Riverside, California. 
  12. On 10 January 1971, Doris' son Gregory Gould married Deborah Beucus in Riverside, California.
  13. In 1973, Doris wed Charles D. Tritle in Los Angeles, California. 
  14. Charles and Doris got divorced in June of 1977 in Riverside, California. 
  15. Doris' brother David Lease Perry wed Allene Myrl (McDaniel) Canfield on 11 March 1978 in Clark County, Nevada. 
  16. Cecil Laverne Richardson, Doris' stepfather, died on 4 April 1983 in California. 
  17. In 1985, Doris married Joseph John Kook. 
  18. Doris' mother Ethel Maria (Lease) Perry Richardson died 10 October 1990 in California. 
  19. On 9 May 1998, Doris's stepbrother Albert Elmer Richardson died in Forest City, Holt County, Missouri. 
  20. Doris' twin brother David Lease Perry died on 11 June 2004 in Bakersfield, Kern County, California. 
  21. On 16 May 2006, Doris' sister Charlotte Isabelle (Perry) Bailey Pinkerton died in Forest City, Holt County, Missouri. 
  22. Doris Maxine (Perry) Gould Kook died on 22 December 2011 in Riverside, California.
