Grandma Debi's Chili

The Backstory 

My grandma Deborah "Debi" (Beucus) Gould loved to cook everything from spaghetti to zucchini bread to harira soup. One of her favorite recipes was this chili. Over the years, she tweaked her chili recipe to what it is now. She even made this recipe for the Cheatin' Chili Cookoff in Parker, Arizona.
